A little room to explore.

Your buyer brief, search filters, shortlist and contact draft are held in browser memory during this visit. Moving between Cloud Done pages keeps that work available. Refreshing or closing the page clears it. These fields are not submitted to a server as you type.

Preparing a contact message does not send it. Where a contact email is configured, the final action opens your email application; you decide whether to send it. If no inbox is connected, the contact page says so before you start.

Keep your own copy.

A project file includes your buyer requirements and saved company references. It is read locally when restored. Current directory records are looked up by reference; restoring does not publish your notes or make an introduction.

A business draft file includes private application details, such as the representative’s name and authority explanation. Store it securely. Cloud Done cannot remove copies you download or choose to share.

A private place for the details.

When business registration is open, saving a draft or submitting sends it to your account’s private application. The account email, legal name, registration number, representative details, authority explanation, credentials, project evidence and review history are accessible to that account and authorized reviewers.

Review notes and decisions are retained with the application. Submitting gives reviewers access; it does not publish the entire application. Other vendors and public visitors cannot read the private application through the app.

Only provide business information you are authorized to share. Do not include identity documents, banking details, credentials for other services, confidential client files or private signed download links.

Public, with a clear boundary.

Before submitting, you preview your public business name, website, home city and country, business type, specialties, scope, service areas, project fit, general lead time and inquiry page. Publication requires your consent and reviewer approval.

Research directory records are separate. They retain their cited sources, research methods and dates. A participating business profile does not silently replace research evidence. Identity and representative review does not certify services, available capacity or project suitability.

The services behind the page.

Vercel hosts the site. When configured, Supabase provides business email-code authentication and private application storage. Signing in creates session cookies so the application can recognize your account.

Hosting, authentication and protected previews may process request logs, IP addresses, cookies and technical diagnostics. The application does not add advertising trackers or collect payment details. Links to company websites, source pages and Cloud Draw open separate sites with their own data practices.

You decide the next step.

Use your business workspace to edit a draft, prepare a revision or withdraw. Withdrawal removes the participating business profile from public view and keeps the private application and history. It does not erase separately sourced research or downloaded copies.

Account deletion is not self-service in this version. Questions, correction requests and deletion requests can be prepared on the contact page. If the inbox is not connected, a prepared message has not reached the team; keep a copy until a delivery route is available.
