Specialties filter the directory. Your location, project type, timing, capacity and notes stay in the brief for your own conversations. They do not establish a company’s service area, available inventory, price or fit. There is no automated qualification or guaranteed match.

Save a company from the directory, then open My shortlist. Choose up to three to compare their specialties, source links, research dates, declared service areas and next steps. No score or ranking is assigned.

Yes. Download a project file from My shortlist. It keeps your draft answers, completed brief and saved company references. Restore it on that page next time. Restoring a file does not upload it; current company data is read from the directory. A text brief or research-notes download is for reading and cannot be restored as a project.

Open its evidence or business profile and follow its published business inquiry page where one is available. Confirm the right entity, team and current scope directly. Cloud Done does not send your brief, arrange introductions, make bookings or request quotes for you.

Equipment and technology suppliers, construction and installation teams, professional service firms, data center operators and site specialists, energy providers, and connectivity businesses. Choose your main role; the scope question adapts to that type.

Your business website, exact legal name, country and office city; your service specialties and coverage; your representative role and authority; and any public credential or project evidence you can share. Have a concise public summary ready. Never upload identity documents, banking details, confidential client files or private download links.

Choose the exact research record in the first registration step, or use “Represent this business?” in its company file. A reviewer resolves legal entity, parent, brand and subsidiary differences before connecting an approved profile. A name or email-domain match alone is not enough.

Your private application enters review. Check your workspace for status and feedback. A reviewer may request details, decline the application or approve a public profile. Submitting does not publish automatically, and there is no promised turnaround or automatic email notification of decisions.

Use your workspace to prepare an update. The last approved version stays public until the new version is approved. Withdraw your application to remove the participating business profile. Withdrawal retains private application history and does not remove independently sourced research records.

No. This application does not collect payment information or start a subscription. Participation and publication require review. There are no purchasable verification badges in this flow.

A research record is an unclaimed starting point assembled from cited sources. A participating business has submitted a profile and passed identity and representative-authority review. Its service, coverage and availability statements are business-provided. Neither label certifies performance or project suitability.

“Source page reviewed” means the cited page was reviewed on the date shown. “Search excerpt reviewed” means the evidence was limited to a search excerpt. “Inherited research” has not been rechecked here. These dates describe the research, not a current company audit or availability check.

No. A project role, approval, facility mention or capacity figure has a specific source and scope. Planned capacity, generation nameplate, utility delivery and IT load are different measures. Confirm delivered capacity, availability and connection responsibilities with the relevant company.

Use “Suggest a correction” in a company file, or choose “A company record” on the contact page. Include the exact entity, the statement that needs correction and a public source URL. If the inbox is not connected, you can prepare and download the message; it has not been submitted.

When registration is open, enter your work email and use the six-digit code sent to it. No password is required. Codes expire; use the most recent one. Check spam if needed and wait before requesting another. Account access alone does not confirm authority to represent a company.

A project file contains buyer requirements and saved company references, and is restored on My shortlist. A business draft contains application fields, including private review details, and is restored on the business registration page. Use Save draft after signing in to keep a business application in your account.

Buyer briefs, shortlists and contact drafts stay in memory for your visit. Business applications saved to an account are private to that account and authorized reviewers; only the explicitly previewed profile is published after approval. Files you download remain under your control.
