This page describes how the business application works. Review the public profile at the end of registration before consenting to publication.

Public after approval

Your business name, website, home city and country, business type, specialties, service description, service areas, project fit, typical delivery window and optional public inquiry page. If approved, a link can connect the profile to the exact research record you requested.

Private to your account and reviewers

Your account email, legal name and registration number, representative name and role, authority explanation, credentials, project reference, supporting links and review history are used to assess and manage your application. Other vendors and public visitors cannot read them.

You stay in control

Save a draft to your account or download a copy. Draft downloads include private fields; store them appropriately. Submitting starts a review, not automatic publication. You can withdraw in your workspace to remove the approved business profile. Withdrawal retains the private application and review history. It does not delete independently sourced research about the company.

Only share what is needed

Use public evidence links and business information you are authorized to provide. Do not include identity-document scans, bank details, passwords, private download links or confidential customer materials. This application does not take payments or enroll you in marketing messages.

Account and storage

When registration is open, Supabase handles email-code sign-in and private application storage. Sign-in uses a session cookie. Browsing briefs and shortlists remain separate from business applications. For questions about application data or deletion, prepare a message on the contact page. If its inbox is not connected, the message has not been submitted; keep a copy until delivery is available.
